Yes. A mutual NDA with non-circumvention language is the first document, signed before we discuss client specifics or share rates in detail. It binds us never to contact your clients, never to reveal the fulfillment relationship, and never to solicit your clients directly. Non-circumvention is the clause agencies care about most, and we expect you to insist on it.

Because trust is earned on real work, not promises. A 60-to-90-day pilot on a single client lets you judge our delivery, communication and reporting against your standards before you route volume - and it lets us scope your real requirements accurately. There are no minimum commitments on the pilot and no lock-in. Most partners scale after one good pilot.

A named strategist - the person on your calls, accountable for outcomes across your accounts - backed by specialists in each discipline. You are not routed through an anonymous ticket queue. The strategist learns your standards and your clients' contexts so the relationship compounds rather than resetting every month.

Every deliverable - reports, dashboards, audits, content, strategy summaries - carries your logo, your domain and your template. We write commentary so you can forward it verbatim or present it as your own. If you want us on a client call, we join as named members of your team. Outreach and communication use your-branded or neutral identities as agreed. The client never learns a partner exists.

Turnaround SLAs are scoped per deliverable class at onboarding and written into the partner agreement - for example, technical audits inside 10 business days, content briefs in 3, monthly reports within the first 5 business days. We publish SLA benchmarks because turnaround discipline is the most common failure point agencies report with previous providers, and we would rather be held to a written standard than a vague promise.

Wholesale rates are custom-scoped per your service mix and volumes - we do not publish a package grid because real scopes vary and a public price sheet would let your clients reverse-engineer your margin. You bill your client at your retail rate and pay us wholesale; the spread is your margin. Billing is consolidated and predictable so your own invoicing stays clean.

You keep everything. Client accounts, ad accounts, websites, content and access stay in your or the client's ownership throughout - we never hold assets hostage on our infrastructure or withhold credentials.
