Culture

We don't have a culture deck. We have a culture.

One floor on Park Street. Loud Slack, louder lunches, and the receipts to prove the work is good. This page is the honest version of what life on this team looks like.

What we actually believe

Three rules. No fluff.

Work that compounds.

We don't ship campaigns we'd be embarrassed to put our name on. If it won't matter in six months, we don't do it.

Receipts over rhetoric.

Anyone here can pull a dashboard and show you why a decision was made. Vibes are not a strategy.

Quiet hours are sacred.

No Slack pings between 8pm and 9am. No "urgent" on weekends unless something is actually on fire.

A day in the life

How we think about pay

No games. No salary archaeology.

We benchmark, then we write the band down. Before we open a role, we look at Naukri, AmbitionBox and LinkedIn data for that role in that city, set a band, and the hiring manager sees it. The number in your offer is the number on the sheet, not whatever we think we can get away with.

You don't negotiate against yourself. We don't ask what you made last, and we don't ask what you "expect." We make the offer based on the role, the band, and how you did in the process.

Variable is tied to outcomes, not hours. Quarterly bonus moves with client retention and the work actually shipping. There is no billable-hour target. Senior hires can be considered for ESOPs, and that conversation happens during the offer, not six months in.

If the band is wrong for you, we'll tell you on the screen call. We won't waste your two weeks.
